Being a mom is the hardest thing I have ever done and at one point, it was overwhelming. When I began meditating and practicing yoga, everything changed. I realized I have to fill my own cup if I want to fill my children's.
However, it's not just moms I hope to convince. I firmly believe all humans would be happier if they simply remembered to pay attention to their breath.
My hopes are that one day you, too, will feel the overwhelmingly positive effects of a daily breathing practice.

Hello! I'm a stay-at-home mom, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, yogi, tennis player, Harry Potter lover, and so much more. I'm married to a wonderful man named Luke and together we have a gorgeous 5-year old son, Jamey; a newborn baby girl, Lily; and a sweet dog, Harper.
